All of the other players you run into in the PvP areas in Diablo 4 have been earning Seeds of Hatred for themselves, and defeating them in combat gives you the chance to steal their loot and escape. Purification Rituals are disabled while you are Hatred's Chosen, so the only way out is to survive for long enough – it's tricky, but there are massive rewards for doing so.

Just had to sap a guard, hit evasion, whup hezrul then he ran away so i killed his guards and then got hezrul when he came back.Whether it was a fluke and he had spawned seconds before I yelled or whether /y Hezrul you Coward spawned him, I'll let you make up your own minds; but I reckon it's worth a punt. Press either E on your keyboard or up on the d-pad to bring up your quick wheel, then head to the customize menu to find the 'Mark for Blood' emote, and assign it to the wheel. A brown horse may have a black or brown coat, with lighter soft parts (muzzle, flank, belly, around eye, girth, inner thigh). Having said that, if you feel like needing a challenge in D4, here’s how you can get Bloodmarked and engage in PvP interactions.

Comment by ThottbotI've killed this guy and his guards 4 times now, and every time I can't loot him to get the stinkin' head. You can only find Baleful Chests in the Fields of Hatred and each time you open one, it drops around 1,000 Seeds of Hatred. If you want to abandon the Hatred's Chosen title, you'll need to leave the Fields of Hatred (and all of your unpurified Seeds of Hatred) behind.Once you are ready for the combat, you can enable the Mark For Blood in Diablo 4 to fight against other players. It’s also bugged, since the description clearly states that you’re not attackable when not Bloodmarked the one sided ability to attack anyone is not working as intended.
