My LG B9 does have optical out I think but I'm not sure if that can be used to redirect sound from the PS5 to the Sony amp by connecting the optical cable from the TV to the amp with the PS5 connected to the TV via the HDMI 2. Does anyone know of something that will preserve the eArc signal to an Arc/Beam to get Atmos but to also split the audio hdmi to optical / headphone jack. Items are untested and unsorted by Jobalots and may be damaged, coming directly from the source company. On the other hand, HDMI audio extractors with HDMI outputs comprise both analog and digital outputs. My LG C1 is known for its erratic audio delays, and every time I change any input the TV is inclined to change the input settings which sometimes turns off surround sound through my headset (I’d rather not get into this, the only solution I’ve found that consistently works is to reset the TV to factory settings, but I’m really not interested in discussing this part please.
