Of the five (including the FlyRig), the American Sound is absolutely the best, by leaps and bounds, through the front of an amp. Commenting on ones experiences of the ACTone pedal and telling it like it is, is not being negative. Otherwise, like you I am awaree that there are lots more options available today, but don't have experience of any.

I may have posted this before and I'm sure there's a technical explanation but running the AC Tone into a direct box and then to the mixer sounded much better than a 1/4 cable.In fact, if they don't protect their IP rights they could lose claim to them altogether, so you can bet that if this is indeed a copycat pedal that Joyo is making, Tech-21 has already investigated and made a determination of whether or not to sue for infringement, based upon the probability of being able to prevail. If you just need a clean and dirty version of an amp, and use mods, delay, and reverb after the "amp", then the FS06 is a great option. I own Joyo American and British pedals, All tech 21 fly rigs, a Quad Cortex, Helix, Kemper, and more, and now on my board as my main direct engine is the Superblock US. But half this thread has been me having to defend myself about a pedal some were curious about, and that's just stupid.

The quilter is great and includes 25 watts of amplification (as loud as a tube amp) besides a direct out. It's a more limited canvas, though the fact you can drive it almost like you would a real amp, and it responds in kind, that makes it easily the better choice. For DI and PA use a Cab sim pedal would be required to improve the sound with the Wampler Thirty Something. Level and drive controls add incredible range, while the 3-band eq offers even more flexibility when it comes to getting an original sound. It consists of Tone, Volume, and Drive knobs that let you adjust the output volume, dial in the gain, and get the perfect tonal balance. It's speaker sim seems to be the most "neutral" to my ears - I don't think you would be disappointed with the American Sound as a replacement for your ACTONE.
