It’s a mixture of practical advice about workouts and a philosophy for improving (physical) performance. These sections are nicely written in an easy to understand voice.

Way too light on details, and really vague. Nice to see the workout designed for people and the 5-2 bit was helpful but otherwise hard to actually design a workout based on this. I was really hopeful for some sort of manual for designing workouts and was left underwhelmed from that respect. So, when he saw that this book was coming out, he was beyond excited, and I have to admit, so was I! I mean anyone who helped Chris Evans get into that beautiful shape has to be amazing, right?! But not only him... we're talkin' Benedict Cumberbatch, Daniel Craig, Chris Pratt, Léa Seydoux, John Boyega, Blake Lively, Jake Gyllenhaal, Harrison Ford, John Krasinski... and more!
